ABOUT DUNCAN
I was born in the County of Bedfordshire, England, and then moved to Essex some 20 years ago. I now live in Colchester, Essex, England. Colchester is Britain's oldest town, being first recorded in Roman times, but there has been a settlement in Colchester since Saxon times. I work in the Architectural Design field, and have been working for some 10 years now. I am a committed Christian who loves God and desire to live my life in the best way -God's way. I strive to treat everyone equally (we're all equal in God's eyes), and live my life in a way that it a good example for others. I enjoy playing & watching tennis, camping, long walks / bike rides. I also enjoy trips to the coast, and chilling out on the beach (weather permitting!) My favourite hymns & worship songs include "And can it be?", "Be still thou my soul", "When I survey the wondrous cross", "Will your anchor hold?", "Trust and obey", "For all the Saints", "What a friend I've found", "Come and see", "Once again (Jesus Christ)"
ABOUT RHONDA
I was born in the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies. I consider myself multi -skilled having worked in various areas like IT, Customer Service, Administration, Radio Production and Youth work. My passion is working in a capacity towards making a difference in the lives of people through my skills and experiences. I feel blessed to have served in children and youth ministries in my country and overseas. My desire is to continue to get involve in work in the community. My interests include web design and publications, reading, playing scrabble, history and walks. My favorite bible verse is Philippians 3:13-14 “ Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended; but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus”.
My mottos: “you never fail until you stop trying and do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” My favorite songs are Jesus Christ (Once Again). Amazing Grace, Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus, etc
